I wouldn't bother downloading it because it may help your computer run faster, but it may corrupt some files that help you run your regular programs...i knocked out my networking drivers and card after i ran a similar program, had to reinstall windows which sucked...anyway doesnt do anything to add or remove spyware FYI, hope this helps!
